The group consists of Musical Director Ricky Byrd of Joan Jett and the Black Hearts, Liberty DeVitto, Billy Joel’s former drummer; Aerosmith guitarist and songwriter Richie Supa; and Todd Rundgren collaborator and founding member of Utopia Kasim Sulton. Each band member pulls in like-minded musicians to support the cause.
Among those who have lent their names and talents are recovery supporters Christine Ohlman (Saturday Night Live band); Mark Stein (Vanilla Fudge); Ian Hunter, Simon Kirke (Bad Co),Michael Des Barres, Billy J Kramer,LaLa Brooks (The Crystals),Handsome Dick Manitoba (The Dictators, Little Steven’s Underground Garage),Gene Cornish (The Rascals),Peppy Castro (Blues Magoos),Mark Bosch (Ian Hunter Rant Band,Garland Jeffries),Ross The Boss ( The Dictators),Joe Hurley (Joe Hurley & The Gents, Keith Richards’ ‘LIFE’), Arno Hecht and Larry Etkin (Uptown Horns),Adam Roth (Billy J.
